Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were relatively clean but a bit small, yet sufficient for a good night's sleep. The service was exceptional, with staff providing safe storage for our bikes and being very friendly and accommodating. The location was superb, close to the metro station and surrounded by a diverse mix of cultures and dining options. The dining experience was enjoyable with a nice breakfast spread. Overall, a great value for the price.
I'm sharing my experience at the hotel. The rooms were too small to accommodate all guests during the morning rush hour, but the workers at the reception desk were nice and attentive. The hotel's entrance required going outside to enter, which was a bit inconvenient for me.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms met our expectations in terms of appearance but lacked bath towels; also, the elevator issues made it a hassle to reach the 5th floor. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was good for sightseeing but had some drawbacks like graffiti and riffraff. The dining experience was decent, offering a variety of products, but nothing too exciting. Overall, a mixed experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were big, all new inside, clean, and comfortable, with a good location near a metro station, perfect for me but probably too small for a couple, facing onto a courtyard. However, the service wasn't always helpful, and the location was far from many sights and in a neighborhood that felt unsafe despite the nice and friendly staff. On the bright side, dining was excellent with early availability and a good variety of products.
The hotel rooms were quite disappointing with dirt, hanging curtains, and noisy surroundings, but they were cleaned on a daily basis. The service was friendly and helpful, although lacking in some information. The location was convenient and close to metro stations, but safety could be a concern in the area. The dining experience had its ups and downs with friendly staff but limited options. Overall, it's an average hotel with some room for improvement.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the location was fantastic with great accessibility to many places, but on the other hand, there were some issues with the rooms that impacted my overall comfort.
The hotel is centrally located in Paris, making it convenient for tourists who want to explore the city on foot. The rooms, though initially small, were adequate after adjusting, but the lack of privacy due to a glass door with only a cloth curtain was a downside. The service was helpful and welcoming, though there were moments when we had to prompt for drink orders. The dining experience was enjoyable with early availability for breakfast, but some more variety in options would have been appreciated.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and pleasant, with the staff always ready to assist us. However, they were a bit noisy and small, which made it challenging for two adults to stay comfortably.
The room was small but well furnished, very clean, and well decorated although the air conditioner wasn't working, and the front desk staff was off-putting, making us reluctant to request a new room, resulting in sleeping with an open window without a screen for cool air. The location was fantastic, being close to the Metro station, allowing easy access to various parts of Paris, but it's important to note it's next to a red light district. The dining options were good with a variety of pastries, breads, and cereals for a light and tasty breakfast. The service was friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping efficient. Overall, a solid choice for what we needed, with some drawbacks worth considering.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was smaller than expected and not the type I had booked, with an issue regarding the air conditioner. The service, however, was friendly and accommodating. The location, while convenient for exploring Paris, had some sketchy areas nearby. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were decent.
