i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a storage room, this helped a lot after checkout. the hotel's location proved perfect for accessing various city parts. the room was cleaned daily.
The soundproofing was subpar. i could clearly hear people walking and talking outside the room. It was quite disruptive.

mixed experience at this hotel
cramped roominconvenient elevator
the room felt quite cramped i found it difficult to fully open my suitcase. the elevator did not run from the ground floor. i had to lug my bags up a flight of stairs. this was a real inconvenience and frankly quite annoying. the exterior looked questionable too

This hotel is near train stations and within walking distance of the city center! The view from my room on the 7th floor was amazing. I saw the ethnic pulse of the city. The room was clean and renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC worked great!

The location was convenient, close to gare du nord station. The staff were friendly and helpful. my room was great. I really liked that bed. I would have taken it home! i found the room very clean. It had everything i needed.
The area around the hotel looked a little rough. There were quite a few people hanging around.
